To reactivate, call the office to pay with a card, or mail a check or money order. For technical reasons, we no longer accept online payment through a deactivated connection. You may go to on a cell phone data connection to pay online.

A $10 re-activation fee applies.

If you do not add $10 for reactivation your Internet may not be reactivated!


To prevent de-activation in the future, you can pay online at before the next quarter/cycle starts.

It is your responsibility to check and maintain a valid, working e-mail address and phone number. It is your responsibility to inform us of changes to your email address and phone number.

We are not responsible for late payments and/or de-activations that result from you not getting your bill. Your bill is emailed to you by default - make sure you add us to your contacts list and check regularly.
