Women of Valor --
Warrior Women
United States Army -- dolls by Mattel
Mattel -- Stars n Stripes series -- Army Barbie

Barbie is a medic serving in Desert Storm.
This is the first doll I bought as an adult.  At the time, my brother
was in basic training for the Army (Michigan National Guard), and I bought
it as a gift for him -- the perfect girlfriend!  I stuffed her medic
bags with lacy black lingerie.  But before I could send the doll to
him, he found a wonderful woman (who he later married)... and I decided
I really wanted to keep the doll.  This was the start of my "warrior
woman collection."
